Trauma-informed
We recognize that trauma often underlies mental health and substance use struggles. Our clinicians are trained to work sensitively and skillfully with trauma at every level of care.
In-person & telehealth
We offer both in-person sessions at our clinic and telehealth appointments so you can access care in whatever setting feels right for you.
Personalized treatment
No two people are the same. We start with a thorough assessment to build a treatment plan that fits your specific needs, goals, and circumstances not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Family-inclusive
Recovery affects the whole family. We offer family education and support services to help your loved ones understand, connect, and heal alongside you.

We address mental health and substance use together, and coordinate with other providers including psychiatric and medical partners to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
